The retirement of more than 75 million baby boomers in the near term creates a challenge for most industries in the USA with the food and beverage industry especially hard hit as it tries to keep up with these growth estimates while feeding a hungry world!

Meet with FPSA member volunteers both virtually and at live events to enhance your interviewing skills as you consider those first steps in employment after graduation. Guided with friendly advice from someone who has been in your shoes, these mock interviews will help you avoid common pitfalls and help you put that best foot forward.

Scheduled for Day 3 of Process Expo, this unique session will provide students with an opportunity to sit in small groups with speakers from prominent food processing companies, equipment manufacturers and other professionals who will discuss their experience in building a career in the food industry, and field student questions about the key lessons they have learned.
Student members are encouraged to participate in the FPSA Networks which meet on a regular basis to discuss critical issues and share different perspectives in search of common solutions. Of particular importance are the Women’s Alliance Network and the Young Professionals Group.
