Supporting students through higher education is important to maintain the sustainability and future of FPSA and its member companies. FPSA offers three scholarships:

• Career Development for full-time employees of FPSA member companies, as well as their immediate family members
• MISA Foundation Scholarship for junior or senior level undergraduate students and Masters or Ph.D. candidates in engineering or the meat sciences attending a North American university
• Tom Imbordino Dairy Science Scholarship was established in 2021 to financially support undergraduate and graduate students pursuing careers in the dairy or food industry at a North American university
