Through the FPSA Foundation, our flagship Career Development Scholarship Program awards up to a dozen $10,000 scholarships annually to support the educational dreams of FPSA member families. These scholarships are available to full-time employees of FPSA member companies, their spouses, and children who are pursuing higher education. Whether you're a high school senior planning for college, an undergraduate or graduate student, or an employee interested in continuing education, these scholarships can help make your educational goals a reality.

The program recognizes academic achievement, community involvement, and commitment to personal growth. Recipients can use their awards at any accredited college or university for tuition, fees, books, and required supplies. We're proud to have supported hundreds of students over the years, helping them launch successful careers across diverse fields while maintaining strong connections to the food production industry.

General Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a high school senior, undergraduate, or graduate student who meets the following criteria:

• You must be a full-time employee, spouse of a full-time employee, or a child of a full-time employee of firms which are members in good standing of the Food Processing Suppliers Association. The employee must have been employed by a member firm for at least one year as of January 1 of the year in which the scholarships are awarded and must still be employed by a member firm when the scholarships are awarded.

OR

• You must be a part-time employee, spouse of a part-time employee, or a child of a part-time employee who worked a minimum of 1,000 hours per year in his/her last two years of service.

No exceptions will be made.

Note: If the employee is an eligible employee at the time you are notified that you have been selected to receive an award you will retain the award for the full academic term.
